This policy explains what Itaobuy collects, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it short because we genuinely don't want much: this is a guide website, not a checkout page.
Two kinds of information reach us. First, anonymous usage data: which pages are opened, rough region derived from the network, referring site, and device class. It is aggregated and cannot be traced back to a single person.
Second, whatever you voluntarily send us when you ask a question through our support channels — typically your message, and the item link or screenshot you attached.
We do not process payments, do not create accounts for shopping agents, and do not receive order numbers from any marketplace. Card details, addresses and login credentials are handled entirely by the platform you choose — never by us.
Anonymous usage data tells us which explanations are confusing and which calculators are wrong, so we can fix them. Support messages are used only to answer your question and, with anything identifiable removed, to improve the guides.
We use local storage and, where applicable, cookies to remember interface preferences such as language. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings; the guides remain readable if you do.
Pages link to shopping platforms, logistics trackers and community chats. Once you leave our site their own policies apply. We have no visibility into what they do with your data, which is exactly why we encourage you to read theirs before creating an account.
Aggregated usage data is kept only as long as it is useful for improving the site. Support conversations are discarded once the question is resolved, unless you explicitly asked us to keep the thread open.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — free of charge, no forms to justify why. Requests sent to the address on our Contact page are handled within the response window stated there.
These guides are written for adults making cross-border purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child contacted us, tell us and we will delete the correspondence.
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top. Continued reviewing of substantive edits is not required — we only ever make such edits to describe practices more accurately, never to expand them.
